Manufacturing quality
Inspection is organized around the bearing specification and the process steps that can change dimensions, noise, vibration and service life.

Process discipline
Miniature bearing quality cannot be confirmed by appearance alone. Material control, ring geometry, grinding, cleanliness, assembly, lubrication and final testing all influence the result.
Manufacturing & inspection
Material requirements are defined against the confirmed bearing specification before production release.
Ring and component machining is controlled to support the dimensional targets of miniature bearing series.
Raceway and ring grinding influence geometry, surface condition, vibration and running consistency.
Components are assembled under controlled handling conditions to reduce contamination and variation.
Grease and fill requirements are selected according to speed, temperature, torque and service environment.
Noise and vibration requirements are checked using the method agreed for the order or sample program.
Bore, outside diameter, width and specified geometry are inspected against the approved requirement.
Rotation, appearance, marking and order-specific checkpoints are verified before release.
Packaging configuration is selected to protect bearings through storage and international transport.
Test methods, sampling plans and acceptance criteria should be confirmed against the customer drawing or approved sample.
Variable engineering values are not assumed. Unknown clearance, lubricant, cage, weight and noise fields remain subject to engineering confirmation.
Certificate titles, issuers, references and stated validity are listed from the supplied source files.
