Bearing noise is influenced by raceway finish, ball quality, internal clearance, lubricant, contamination and mounting. A grade alone does not describe the final acoustic result.

Provide the operating speed, measurement method and finished-product noise target when requesting a low-noise bearing. Sample validation in the assembled product is the most reliable confirmation.

Consistent incoming inspection and controlled assembly conditions help preserve the selected bearing performance during production.
